Login/Sign Up FAQ

Are you having problems logging in to your account, or signing up for our website? If so, please review the following "Frequently Asked Questions" section for helpful hints to common problems.
  • Q: Why can’t I login to the website?
  • A: Our log-in is case sensitive so please be sure you are typing your information correctly. If you are still unable to sign in please try our "Forgot Password" link in the top right corner of the log-in page. If the problem continues please go to the Contact Us page and send us a support incident.
    • Q: Why doesn’t my password work?
    • A: If you are copy and pasting your password from a forgot password email you received from us, please ensure you are not copying "white-space", that is, extra spaces in the email. It's usually just simpler if you type it directly into the password text box.
    • Q: Do I have to live in the United States to join?
    • A: No, we allow international users, and even have rewards in foreign (Canadian and UK) currencies.
    • Q: Do I have to pay anything to join?
    • A: No, it is free to use our product.
    • Q: Do you offer a referral or affiliate program?
    • A: No, we do not currently offer either.
    • Q: I’m having a hard time reading the CAPTCHA/access code when I register.
    • A: If the first one is difficult to read, you can click the refresh icon just to the right of the text box to generate a new one. We use this to ensure that all of our users are indeed real people.
    • Q: How do I change my email address?
    • A: You can change your email address by selecting “Update Account Information” at the top left of the member dashboard.
    • Q: How do I change my password?
    • A: See previous question/answer.
    • Q: How do I know if my account has been confirmed?
    • A: If your account is not confirmed, you will see a notification in the “Available Surveys” section of the member dashboard.
    • Q: My account says that it’s been marked as fraud. What do I do?
    • A: We have complicated fraud rules in place, but sometimes we do make mistakes. If you feel this is in error, please reply to this email with your issue, and one of our customer support representatives will help you reinstate your account.
